   Pyzdek Institute provides Lean, Six Sigma and other process excellence training and certification, as well as consulting services. In order to participate in our programs, you must agree to the terms set forth herein.

   There are no age restrictions for using our services. Users under the age of 18 should seek parental consent before using our Service.

   When a user enrolls in our training program, we require their name, email, phone, and mailing address. This data is used to provide the Service and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

   Users are expected to behave respectfully and professionally while using our Service. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these standards.

   We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of using our Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. We will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of your use of the Service.
